Bleach Disinfectant Recipe for Dogs

Bleach, or sodium hypochlorite, is an effective disinfectant. A solution of bleach and water will kill a variety of bacteria, viruses and fungi. Veterinary offices and animal shelters frequently use bleach solutions to kill pathogens, including the highly contagious parvovirus, that affect dogs.
