Pop a vitamin E capsule with a pin and squeeze the liquid onto a cotton swab. Have someone help you hold your dog's head still and apply the vitamin E directly to the wart in the dog's mouth. Do this once a day until the wart begins to disappear.

Dip a cotton swab in a cap full of castor oil. Open your dog's mouth and apply the castor oil directly to the wart. Do this once a day. The castor oil helps to soften the wart and reduce irritation.

Purchase a dog supplement that contains vitamins A and C as well as minerals such as copper, iron and zinc, which will boost the immune system and help to fight infections. Give the supplements to your dog as suggested on the bottle.

Talk to your dog's veterinarian about removing the warts by surgical procedures. This is usually only needed if the warts are not caused by a virus or if they could harm your dog. They can be removed by surgery, electrocautery and freezing.
