How to Use Aloe on a Dog With Fleas

Flea bites are irritating to anyone or any animal, but they can cause more serious skin problems for dogs that have allergic reactions to them. While the gel of the aloe vera plant does not repel fleas, it can help soothe your dog's skin where it is irritated from bites. Combine aloe vera with a few simple ingredients to make your own aloe-based dog shampoo that will help heal the bites that cause itching.
