Soak your dog in an Epsom salt bath. Combine one teaspoon of Epsom salt with warm water, to draw out infection.
Put three sage capsules, 1/4 teaspoon of Epsom salt, and two cups of water on the stove to boil. Cool the mixture to room temperature, and strain out the sage. Put the mixture in a spray bottle and apply to the dog's rash several times a day.
