Although this method is proven effective, it should never be done without the consent and further instructions of a qualified veterinarian.

Call your local veterinarian as soon as you can to determine whether or not inducing vomiting in your animal is an appropriate step. Follow his guidelines exactly.
Bring your dog into a closed area such as the kitchen or bathroom. This will help you avoid chasing your animal and the need to remove vomit from your carpets and rugs.
Restrain the animal and hold it securely in place.
Fill the oral syringe with one teaspoon of hydrogen peroxide. For dogs larger than 25 pounds two tablespoons should be given.
Inject the full syringe down the dog&'s throat.
Wait until the dog vomits. This can take up to five minutes.
Call your local veterinarian once again to report on your dog&'s condition after vomiting.
