Not only are vaccinations legally required, they are necessary for the health of your canine companion. Starting as a puppy, your dog will require vaccinations for the duration of his life. Your dog's vet will provide you with a schedule of vaccinations. While some types of working dogs (such as search and rescue dogs) may require a more extensive set of shots, all dogs need the most common types.
