Contact your pet's veterinarian if parasites or worms are detected in bowel movements. Speak to a veterinarian if an infestation is not cleared up with home remedies or if the pet exhibits other symptoms such as vomiting, diarrhea or is lethargic. This could indicate a different medical problem that requires immediate treatment.
