Your love your dog but for some reason he won't stop peeing every time he gets excited or may pee when exposing his stomach to you. You wonder why your best friend might be suddenly leaking urine everywhere but outside.

Types
-
The most common types of canine urination problems are forms of submissive or excited behavior or caused by medical issues usually stemming from bacteria.
Symptoms
-
Your dog will urinate more often, dribble on the floor, or you may notice stains on the furniture. Urination problems can be painful especially if caused by bladder stones or bacteria.
Causes
-
Excitement, age, insecurity, spaying, sudden fear, bladder infections, gallstones, and abuse are common reasons why the dog may pee out of habit.
Prevention/Solution
-
Talk to your veterinarian to rule out medical issues first. Next, seek out age. If very young, this behavior should go away with the proper training. The same is true for new dogs that may have been previously abused.
Considerations
-
Trained dogs do not ever pee in the house unless there is something wrong. The only exception to this could be the Siberian husky as they have a pack mentality and peeing in the house can happen in an effort to establish dominance. Proper training will correct this.
