What is wrong with the right arm its been hurting for four months and hospital will not help at all could it be serious but pains are only in hand elbow top of shoulder?

I am not qualified to give medical advice, and this information is not a substitute for professional medical care. If you have been experiencing right arm pain for four months and the hospital has not been helpful, it is very important that you seek a second opinion from another medical professional or go to a different hospital for further evaluation.

Possible reasons for right arm pain:

- Musculoskeletal conditions, such as tendonitis, rotator cuff injuries, and bursitis, can cause pain in the hand, elbow, and shoulder.

- Nerve problems, such as carpal tunnel syndrome or ulnar nerve entrapment, can also cause pain in the arm.

- Referred pain from other medical conditions, such as a heart attack, angina, or cervical spine problems, can sometimes be felt in the arm.

If you are experiencing any other symptoms in addition to the arm pain, such as chest pain, shortness of breath, or dizziness, it is important to seek emergency medical attention.
