Interceptor Plus: 1 chewable tablet per month.
Interceptor: For dogs 2 - 10 lbs, 1/2 tablet per month. For dogs 11 - 25 lbs, 1 tablet per month.
NOTE: Heartgard must be given once a month, every month, without missing doses even if your pet has been off wormer due to sickness or any other reason.
