Enter your name and email address or phone number. Select to receive a response by email or by phone. In the large box, inform the dealer that you're looking for a replacement collar for your Invisible Fence. Click on the "Send" button.
Wait on a call back or email from the local dealer. You should receive a response within 24 hours. You can call Invisible Fence directly instead of waiting. The number is 866-804-1250. Enter your ZIP code on the keypad of the phone at the verbal prompt. A live company representative answers your call and helps you place the order.
Place your order with your local dealer. Give him your credit or debit card information to place the order. If the product is in stock, it ships within 24 hours. Back orders take longer. If you prefer, you can pick up the product from the dealer.
