Directions for a Pet Gear I-GO2

Pet Gear Inc., a division of Vermont Juvenile Furniture, offers a wide range of supplies to pet owners such as pet crates, beds, cots, ramps, bike baskets and carriers. The I-GO2 carrier line offers multifunctional weekend, day trip, travel and sport designs for both lightweight and slightly heavier pets between 7 and 25 pounds. The all-in-one aspect of an I-GO2 carrier gives you the freedom to choose between carrying it as a tote, backpack, rolling bag or in a vehicle as a car seat.

Instructions

    • 1

Attach the clips at the ends of the carry strap to the rings on the sides of your Pet Gear I-GO2. If you're not planning to use the carrier as a rolling bag, unzip the wheel cover compartment door located on the back bottom of the carrier, pull out the cover and wrap it around the wheels.

    • 2

Unzip the main carrier door to access the interior. If your I-GO2 expands to a larger size and you need to use the entire interior, pull the side zippers and pull the sides out to enlarge it.

    • 3

Insert a comfort pad or reinforcement board and fleece-top liner into the carrier. If your I-GO2 model has a comfort pad, simply push it into the back and bottom of the cavity. If your model has a reinforcement board and liner, fold or unfold the board as needed to fit the smaller or larger interior, angle it through the doorway, push it flat into the bottom and then insert the liner into the cavity and attach it to the hook and loop the fasteners within.

    • 4

Place your pet carefully into the carrier. Attach the tether strap to the interior and your pet's collar. Zip shut the door.

    • 5

Fill the pockets with toys or snacks and then travel with the I-GO2 as desired. For example, lift and carry it by the tote handle or shoulder strap. If you're traveling by car, place the carrier on a passenger seat in the car, slide the seatbelt through the loops on the back of the carry, snap the belt into the belt buckle, wrap the carry strap around the headrest and adjust the straps to secure the carrier to the seat. If you're walking a long distance with the carrier or simply don't want to lift it, press the release button on the telescopic handle, pull up the handle and roll the carrier behind you as you walk.
