Instructions
Cut a rectangle out of the bottom center of one of the three-by-three-foot plywood boards using a handsaw. The rectangle should be about two feet tall and two feet wide, depending on the size of your dog. This will act as the front doorway of the dog house condo.
Cut a rectangle shape at the bottom center of a second three-by-three-foot plywood board, making this opening smaller than the first, about one foot tall and one foot wide.
Thoroughly sand down all of the wood boards, taking care to smooth down the freshly cut edges to prevent splinters.
Nail the four three-by-three-foot plywood boards together to make an open-air box, making sure the piece with the two-foot-tall opening makes the front-facing wall and the piece with the one-foot-tall opening is used for the back-facing wall.
Nail together three of the two-by-two-foot plywood boards so they make a U-shape. Push this flush against the wall of the four-sided structure that has the one-foot-tall opening and nail in place. There should now be a basic structure of one three-by-three-foot room connected to one two-by-two-foot room.
Lay the fourth two-by-two-foot plywood board on top of the two-by-two-foot room to make a roof and nail it in place.
Hold the two three-by-two-foot boards together so they make a point and look like a triangle with no bottom. Nail the pieces together so they retain this shape. Lay this piece on top of the three-by-three-foot room so it makes a roof, and hammer into place.
Paint the dog house condo a color of your choice and let dry.
