Instructions

Hold your dog's leash (it should not be attached to the dog). Stand behind your dog. Fold the leash in half, and lay the middle of the loop at the base of your dog's muzzle, close to her eyes.

    • 2

Tie a knot under her chin. Pass the end of the leash around the top of her muzzle, and cross them again at your dog's chin.

    • 3

Pass the ends of the leash around your dog's neck, tying them securely in a bow directly behind your dog's ears. This allows the muzzle to be removed quickly, if necessary.

Take the clip end of the leash, and fasten it to your dog's collar. Wrap the handle end of the leash around your dog's neck so that it doesn't drag and get tangled in anyone's feet.
