Drill holes in the PVC pipe. Take a 2-foot piece of PVC pipe and drill two holes on each side of the bottom end. On the other end, attach a T connector. Attach a 6-inch piece of PVC pipe to each remaining side of the connector. Drill a hole on each end of the 6-inch PVC pipe not connected to the connector.
Attach PVC to Radio Flyer. Take a small Radio Flyer wagon and attach a 2-foot piece of PVC, with drilled holes in the end of the pole, to the handle with zip ties. The zip ties should be threaded through the holes drilled in the PVC and attached to the handle to make the wagon secure.
Measure your dog. For the front harness, measure around the shoulders and chest. For the back harness, measure around the widest part of the rear legs.
Attach the harnesses. Using rope, attach the harnesses to the drilled sections of the two 6-inch pieces of PVC.
