The bumblebee goby is a small, peaceful fish that is native to freshwater streams in Southeast Asia. They are typically found in groups and prefer to live in areas with plenty of hiding places. Bettas, on the other hand, are territorial and aggressive fish that prefer to live alone or in small groups. They will often attack other fish that are similar in size or shape. Because of their differing temperaments and needs, it is not a good idea to keep bettas with bumblebee gobies.
