How do you play cradle alone?

To perform a cradle pass on yourself:

1. Stand with your dominant hand extended in front of you, palm facing down.

2. Place your non-dominant hand on top of your dominant hand, palm facing up.

3. Interlace your fingers so that your thumbs are pointing towards each other.

4. Rotate your dominant hand so that your palm is facing up.

5. Bring your non-dominant hand over and under your dominant hand, so that your palms are facing each other.

6. Interlace your fingers again, this time with your thumbs pointing away from each other.

7. Rotate your dominant hand so that your palm is facing down.

8. Bring your non-dominant hand over and under your dominant hand, so that your palms are facing each other.

9. Interlace your fingers again, this time with your thumbs pointing towards each other.

10. Repeat steps 4-9 until you feel comfortable with the motion.

Once you are comfortable with the motion, you can start to add speed. Be careful not to go too fast at first, or you may lose control. As you get more comfortable, you can also start to experiment with different variations of the cradle pass.
