Instructions for the Innotek Free Spirit No Bark Collar

Aside from the command to sit, training a dog not to bark might be one of the main focuses of any dog trainer. However, this can be tricky without any sort of training aid. That is why the Innotek Free Spirit No-Bark Collar was invented. This easy-to-use collar sends your dog a safe signal to not bark whenever it starts. Through the method of association, the dog can learn when it is not a proper time or place to bark.

      Insert an alkaline 6-volt battery by unscrewing the battery compartment of the collar. Secure it into place and screw the battery compartment door back in place. A 6-volt battery can be found at just about any hardware, home improvement or electronic store.

      Fit the collar to your dog's neck. Be sure it is not too tight or too loose. A general rule of thumb is that you should be able to fit two fingers between your dog's neck and the collar.

      Allow your dog to go about his or her normal routine. When the dog barks, the collar will automatically send a small signal alerting it to stop barking. This will train your dog to associate the signal with barking and eventually lead to no more barking.
