Select an underground fence system if you have problems with your dog leaving your yard. In order to use this collar you must first install the underground barrier. There is a sensor in the collar that detects the underground barrier. When the dog approaches it the collar gives the dog a warning beep. If the dog leaves the area the beep stops, but if the dog ignores the beep, the collar will deliver a shock. The dog soon learns where it can and should not roam.
Select a remote control shock collar if you would like to fine tune your dog's training. The remote control collar is controlled by the trainer. He has a remote that he can click and deliver a shock through the collar to deter any undesirable behavior. Many hunters use these collars to prevent their dogs from ranging too far when they are afield.
