Easy Walk dog harnesses are used to give a handler better control over a dog that pulls on its leash. The harness is strapped around the shoulders and stomach and helps to correct lunging or pulling behavior while giving the owner or trainer a much-needed physical advantage.

Instructions
Putting on the Harness
Buckle the shoulder and chest strap sections together around the dog's neck, as you would a collar. The chest strap has a "D ring" for attaching the leash; the shoulder strap is the same color and goes over the dog's shoulder.
Pull the belly strap across the dog's stomach, behind the arms, and snap it into the other side of the harness. The belly strap is the part of the harness that's a different color.
Use the sliding adjusters on the chest and shoulder straps to tighten or loosen the harness as necessary. Adjust both sides of the chest strap evenly, keeping the "D ring" centered in the front. The connector ring should be positioned just behind and above the shoulders, and the entire harness should fit snugly. (See References 1, Page 2)
Attach the dog's leash to the "D ring." The dog doesn't have to be wearing a collar when wearing an Easy Walk harness, but many people leave it on because the ID tags are attached.
