Do you feel twitches during recovery from Palsy?

Twitches or involuntary muscle movements are common during the recovery phase of palsy, especially when the affected muscles are beginning to regain control and strength. When nerve damage occurs due to palsy, it disrupts the normal communication between the brain and the affected muscles. As the nerves regenerate and connections start to re-establish during the recovery process, individuals may experience involuntary muscle contractions or twitches as the brain tries to regain control over these muscles. These twitches can be unpredictable and vary in intensity. Although they can be startling at first, twitches are generally a positive sign of nerve recovery and gradually subside as the muscles regain proper innervation and coordination.
