Locate animal shelters in the area. Most shelters have websites and list the dogs they have. This method is more hit-and-miss and you are taking your chances that there will be a Yorkie there. If you check regularly, there should be a Yorkie available eventually. Whether it is puppy might be another problem. Puppies go quickly at shelters.
Read the newspaper classified ads. People who are selling puppies will place ads when the puppies are ready to be sold.
