Dog pregnancy may be difficult to notice in the early weeks, with the only symptoms being mood changes and appetite loss. Dog owners may notice a big change in the way their dog is behaving, which may make them wonder about pregnancy. In the final weeks of pregnancy a dog's swollen midsection and increased hunger are sure signs that she is expecting.
