Utah Law on Kennels for Dogs

The way the cage size is to be determined is to measure the dog from the base of his tail to the tip of his nose, then choose a cage that's both six inches larger in both width and length.

    Maintaining The Kennel

    • When maintaining the kennel, you need to make sure the area is kept clean at all times, and keep fresh food and water available. If keeping an outside kennel, it's important to provide security against harmful insects and vermin. Dogs should always be treated as well as humans.
