Instructions
Feed your puppy once or twice a day at regular times. Take your puppy out right after they eat a meal and after they eat snacks. Taking your puppy out at least three times a day at the same time is important for training them.
Wait for your puppy to do their business outside. When they do, praise them using positive reinforcement. Make sure to pet them and create a positive tone in your voice. You can simply say "Good Boy", or "Good Girl," in an upbeat manner.
Scold them when they go inside. Make sure that you do this right after it happens because if you wait too long they will not understand why they are being scolded. Do not hit your animal. Simply say in a stern tone "No," or "Bad," and show them the area where they urinated or defecated.
