Click on "Breeder Referral."
Click "Searchable List." A pop-up window will appear, showing you Tibetan Terrier breeders listed by state.
Contact a breeder closest to you.
Rescue
Visit www.ttca-online.org.
Click "Rescue," if you prefer to adopt an older dog.
Read the page to see if any dogs are currently available for rescue. Click on the link that may say something such as, "We have two dogs available."
How to Locate a Tibetan Terrier
Tibetan Terriers average about 14 to 16 inches tall and weigh about 20 to 24 pounds. These medium-size dogs come in a variety of colors, including white, black, gold and in color mixes. Tibetan Terriers are not related to other terriers, but they are named such because "terrier" was a catch-all word for breeds this size in England, where the dog was introduced to the West.
