Chaparral Animal Spa
-
The Chaparral Animal Spa's motto is "Tender Lovin' Care, When You're Not There!" Pets stay in 4-by-4-foot indoor, climate-controlled areas. Attached to these areas are 4-by-12-foot outdoor patios (shaded in summer). Discounts are available for multiple pets staying in the same area, as well as for weekly and monthly stays.
There are scheduled activities, like cookie breaks, throughout the day to keep dogs from getting bored. The spa also boasts that the animals interact with staff quite a bit during their stays and even have "hug time." Along with boarding, grooming and training services also can be arranged.

Paradise Bay Pet Resort
-
The Paradise Bay Pet Resort offers long- and short-term boarding for both dogs and cats. Animal guests stay in the resort's spacious "no-cage" rooms, in which they eat and sleep. "Related" animals may take lodging in the same suite. This is helpful to animals that may feel lonesome in the calm evenings, according to the resort's website.
During the day dogs that are inclined to play participate in group play time. There are two play areas, one for big dogs and another for smaller ones, to ensure all dogs have fun with appropriate playmates. The resort will accommodate pets with medical needs, be it an oral or topical medication.

Doggie District Pet Resort
-
Doggie District's official website explains that it prefers using the term "Overnight Doggie Vacation" rather than "board" because it feels that that best describes the services the pet resort provides. Dogs stay in spacious sleeping quarters where they have their own bed and any personal belongings that have been brought with the dog from home.
During the day dogs enjoy playing in four indoor/outdoor areas with fenced-in yards, wading pools and large playground-style play gyms. Guests are monitored by staff as well as a camera system. The resorts staff members are also certified in pet CPR/First Aid.
Every day the facility closes for an hour at mid-day so dogs can take naps uninterrupted. Prepaid packages for 15, 30 and 100 days are available, with no expiration date and days not needing to be used consecutively, though these packages are nonrefundable.
