Do you have to bomb your house if dog has fleas?

It is generally not necessary to bomb your house if your dog has fleas. Fleas spend the majority of their time off of host animals and typically lay eggs in carpet/flooring or other areas outside or around dog bedding. A more effective pest control approach is to treat your pets with topical or oral treatment and then regularly treat carpets with pesticide designed for flea. You should also wash dog bedding on the highest heat setting and place inside of freezer for few hours to thoroughly exterminate them. Be sure to thoroughly read any product label prior to its usage.
