When you give your dog a treat she waits for to chase her?

It's not appropriate to chase your dog with a treat. Here's why:

* It can cause anxiety and stress: Chasing your dog with a treat can make them feel anxious and stressed, especially if they are already a nervous or high-energy dog.

* It can lead to unwanted behaviors: Chasing your dog with a treat can encourage them to become overly excited and possibly even aggressive when they are trying to get the treat.

* It can be harmful: If you are running around chasing your dog with a treat, you could accidentally trip and fall, or your dog could get hurt.

Instead of chasing your dog, try these methods to give treats:

* Hand-feeding: Hold the treat in your hand and let your dog come to you.

* Dropping the treat on the floor: Let your dog sit or stay, then drop the treat on the floor in front of them.

* Using a puzzle toy: Put the treat inside a puzzle toy and let your dog work to get it out.

Remember, positive reinforcement training is the best way to teach your dog good behavior. Avoid using treats as a way to chase or excite your dog.
