Your 8 week old puppy did not get upper or lower milk teeth?
Puppies are born without teeth. Their first teeth, known as deciduous or milk teeth, start to erupt around 3-4 weeks of age and are usually complete by 6-8 weeks of age. These teeth are gradually replaced by permanent teeth, which begin to erupt around 12-16 weeks of age and are complete by around 6-7 months of age.
