Instructions
Jot down on a sheet of paper the information your flyer needs, including a contact name and phone number; the breed, gender, and age of the puppies; as well as the expected price per puppy.
Place a blank sheet of paper down on a flat surface, positioning it so the lengthwise edge is running vertically. Measure and mark a horizontal line two inches away from both the top and bottom edges of the paper.
Write the word "Puppies" in all capital letters centered inside the top border. This word should be colored in with black marker so it is easy to see from a distance.
Place the photo of the puppies on the page just below the top border. Center the photo if it is large, or align it on the left-hand side of the page if it is smaller, leaving a ½-inch to a 1-inch gap between the edge of the paper and the edge of the photo. Tape or glue the photo in place.
Add the information from step 1 in pencil just below your centered photo, or starting on the right next to your left aligned photo. Be sure to write smaller if you have a lot of information and larger if you don't have as much to include so your text nearly fills the page. Write over your words with black marker to make them bolder.
Fill any space, if you still have it available on your flyer, with a few informational or behavioral points on the puppies if you know them. This should include any aggressive nature, mature size of the breed, any sensitivity such as an aversion to children, loud noise, and vet history, if applicable.
Add vertical lines every inch within the bottom border to create rectangular tabs along the bottom of the page. Write the word "Puppies" as well as the contact information inside each rectangle. Cut each vertical line to separate the tabs from one another, but leave them attached to the page along the horizontal line.
