Ne'r Beach Motel has rooms with two double beds, one queen bed or one king bed. All rooms have microwaves, coffee makers, refrigerators, heat and air conditioning, private baths and cable TV. Adult pets under 50 lbs. are allowed under certain restrictions for a nightly fee, and a credit card number is taken as a damage deposit, to be returned upon inspection. Pets cannot be left unattended in your unit, nor are they allowed in the pool or on the deck. No more than two pets are allowed per unit, and pets must be leashed at all times.

Sleepytown has 42 motel rooms available on its 12 acres. There are six motel efficiency rooms that each include a kitchenette. None of the rooms at Sleepytown have phones, so bring your cell phone and charger. Up to two pets are allowed per room for a nightly fee.
