Instructions

    • 1

Measure the width of the door you want for your gate. Use two pieces of PVC pipe that are as long as your door is wide and two that are tall enough to prevent your pet from jumping over them.

    • 2

Use a pipe cutter to cut the PVC piping to the length you need.

    • 3

Connect the four pieces of PVC pipe with 90 degree PVC corners. Glue them together for extra sturdiness if necessary.

    • 4

Cut a piece of wire mesh to fit the inside of your PVC gate frame and secure it with cable ties. Tie all four corners and the sides securely to the frame so that no edges of the gate become bent as they could cause injury to your or your pet.

Attach your PVC gate to a door with hinges to make it a permanent fixture or secure it to the frame with cable ties for a mobile, temporary gate.
