Instructions
Eliminating Odor From the Rug
Dilute urine with a liberal amount of clean water. If the urine stain is not fresh, skip this step and proceed to step 3.
Fold the towel twice to form a thick pad. Place the towel on the urine spot and step on it with your foot. Apply pressure to absorb as much of the urine as possible. Repeat steps 1 and 2 again and proceed to step 3.
Mix vinegar and water. Pour the mixture over the stain and let it soak for five minutes. Vinegar neutralizes odors and the active ingredients in urine.
Blot the vinegar and water mixture with a clean towel.
Sprinkle a liberal amount of baking soda over the stain. Baking soda is also an odor neutralizer.
Mix the peroxide and organic dish soap in the spray bottle. Spray mixture on the stain without over-saturating.
Put on rubber gloves.
Scrub the stained area with the scrub brush. Make certain to scrub baking soda deep into the carpet.
Allow the stain to dry completely.
Vacuum the area clean.

Shake the mixture well.
Spray the mixture throughout the house on upholstery, curtains and carpets.
Repeat steps 1 through 4 every other day or more to eliminate urine odors and keep your home smelling fresh.
