Puddles
-
Soak up the puddle of urine with some old rags. Some of the urine will have seeped down in the wood, but you can work on cleaning that next. The most important thing is to get up the liquid urine as quickly as possible. You don't want to use your good towels for this, so make sure you save old T-shirts or ripped towels just for this purpose. Place the urine-soaked rags in your washing machine with detergent and a cup of bleach. Do this as soon as you are done soaking up the urine, so the urine smell doesn't have a chance to stay in the rags.
Baking Soda
-
Sprinkle baking soda over the still wet flooring where your dog peed. If you are looking to clean previous accidents, you can use a black light to locate the exact area your dog urinated. Wet that area with a spray bottle that contains only water. Then spray the baking soda over the area. Be generous with the baking soda. It will not hurt your wood floors. Let it sit overnight, so it can dry back into a powder.
Vacuum
-
Vacuum up the baking soda from your wood floors. You can use the hose attachment to do this. The baking soda will have absorbed the urine and the odors that go along with it. Once you have vacuumed the area, you will want to wash your wood floors as you normally would. This will bring them back to their original shine and state of cleanliness.

You do not need any special products from a pet store to do this. You can use a home remedy.
