Instructions
Place dry towels on the concrete floor to absorb any urine that is still wet. Next, dampen clean towels with water and scrub up as much urine as possible. You'll be using a cleaning product next, but the less urine it has to handle, the faster it will eliminate stain and odor.
Saturate the concrete with an enzymatic cleaner, such as Nature's Miracle, Urine Off or a similar pet stain and odor cleaning product. Enzymatic cleaners are better because they breakdown the molecules, eliminating the urine odor completely.
Scrub the product into the pores of the concrete floor using a sponge mop. Next, apply more product to the floor.
Give the cleaner plenty of time to work, leave it on for at least thirty minutes. Follow instructions on the bottle. If using Nature's Miracle, you'll just need to pour it on and leave it for a while. Other enzymatic cleaners may have different instructions for what to do after you apply the product.
Fill a bucket with clean water. Wet the sponge mop in the water and mop up the floor, some cleaners may not require this step.
Turn fans on and, if possible, open windows to ventilate the room and dry out the floor. If you detect any remaining odor or stain, reapply the cleaner.
