How to Instantly Remove Skunk Odor From a Dog

Things You'll Need

  • 1 to 2 teaspoons liquid dish detergent
  • 1 quart 3 percent hydrogen peroxide
  • 1/4 cup baking soda
  • Open container

Instructions

      Pour the hydrogen peroxide into a glass or plastic container.

      Add the baking soda and dish soap, and mix. Do not put a lid on the container when mixing.

      Immediately after mixing the ingredients, work the solution into your dog's fur, avoiding the eyes and mouth. Let the solution sit for 10 minutes.

      Rinse your dog thoroughly with water and repeat the washing, if necessary.
