Instructions
The First Purchase
Purchase a young bull from a good stock contractor in your area. A good choice is a bull that is around a year old but not older than 2 years.
Purchase a bucking dummy. This is a mechanical weighted device that is put on the bull to train it for riders. This device works by remote so that it easily pops off of the bucking bull after 8 seconds.
Load a bucking bull into a stock trailer and take him to spend a week with a trainer. Once the bull has had ample time with a trainer then it will be ready to start hitting the futurity shows and competing.
Enter the bull into as many futurity shows as possible. The more the bull wins the closer it will be to becoming a great bucking bull for the rodeos. When the bull is at the age of two you can start putting riders on to the bull to see just how well it is going to do at a real rodeo.
