Instructions
Hard boil one large egg by placing it in a saucepan filled with boiling water, and allowing it to cook on medium-high heat for 10 to 15 minutes. Remove the egg from the water and set it aside to cool.
Add ½ cup of spring or distilled water to a small saucepan. Heat the water over medium heat until it is warm, but not hot.
Pour the heated water into a mixing bowl. Add ½ cup of honey. Stir it well to combine.
Remove the shell from the hard boiled egg and place it in a blender. Blend the egg on medium speed for approximately one minute.
Add the honey and water mixture to the blender gradually. Blend the ingredients on medium speed for an additional one to two minutes, or until they are thoroughly combined.
Add 1 oz. of high protein baby cereal and 1 tsp. of sugar glider vitamin/mineral supplement to the blender. Blend the mixture again for one to two minutes, or until it is smooth. Pour the sugar glider nectar into a plastic container with lid and store it in the refrigerator until it is ready to serve.
Use the sugar glider nectar by combining 1 tbsp. of the food per sugar glider, with 1 tbsp. insectivore diet and a few tbsp. of very finely chopped fruit. Feed the sugar gliders once per day, in the evening.
