What is a llamas predator?

Llamas, being large and strong, don't have many natural predators in their native Andes Mountains. However, the most common threats are:

* Pumas: These big cats are the most likely predator of adult llamas.

* Coyotes: These smaller canines are a threat to young llamas or weaker individuals.

* Andean Foxes: These foxes can occasionally prey on young llamas.

Other threats:

* Bears: While not as common, bears can be a threat in some areas.

* Birds of prey: Larger birds like eagles can occasionally target young or weakened llamas.

It's important to note that these threats are more common in areas with less human influence and where natural prey is scarce. In areas where llamas are domesticated, they are well protected and these threats are less of a concern.
