What biomes do Mountain Gorilla?

Mountain Gorillas inhabit the Albertine Rift montane cloud forests of the Virunga Massif, which includes parts of the Democratic Republic of Congo, Rwanda, and Uganda. These forests are characterized by dense vegetation, steep slopes, and high altitudes, with elevations ranging from 8,000 to 13,500 feet above sea level.

Mountain gorillas primarily live in bamboo forests, which provide their main food source and shelter.
