What is the largest living Platypus?

There is no such thing as a "largest living platypus" because all platypuses are the same species and share the same general size range.

Here's why:

* Single Species: Platypuses are a single species, *Ornithorhynchus anatinus*. This means all individuals are members of the same species and have a similar genetic makeup.

* Size Variation: While there may be slight variations in size due to factors like age, diet, and individual genetics, these variations are not significant enough to define a "largest" platypus.

Average Size: The average adult platypus is around 40-50 cm (16-20 inches) long, with males typically being slightly larger than females.
