Which has the shortest tail tiger or lion?

Lions have shorter tails than tigers.

* Tigers: Typically have tails that are around 3-4 feet long.

* Lions: Their tails are usually around 2-3 feet long.

This difference in tail length is partly related to their size and the environment they live in. Lions live in open grasslands and savannas, where long tails might hinder their movement. Tigers, on the other hand, inhabit denser forests, where a longer tail might help with balance.
