How big are hawks claws?
Hawk claws come in a variety of sizes depending on the species of hawk. Generally, the average length of a hawk's talon ranges between 1.25 to 1.75 inches (3.2 to 4.4 cm). However, some larger species of hawks, such as the Golden Eagle, can have claws that measure up to 2.5 inches (6.3 cm) in length.
