Do white hares live on Mount Everest?

White hares, also known as Arctic hares or mountain hares, typically inhabit the Arctic tundra and alpine regions. Mount Everest, located in the Himalayas, has an elevation of around 8,848 meters (29,029 feet) and is not known to be a habitat for white hares.
