Things You'll Need
- Philips screwdriver
- Dime or fine measuring tape
Instructions
Unplug the unit from the electrical outlet.
Turn the unit upside down to reveal the two screws holding the head in place. Remove these two screws using a Philips screwdriver.
Pull the blade forward to remove it from the unit.
Place the new blade into position on the clipper head. Position the bottom blade to align with the screw holes on the unit. Replace screws and tighten until secure but not tight.
Turn the unit right side up and adjust the bottom blade until it is 1/32 of an inch behind and parallel to the top blade. This can be measured using a measuring tape or by using the edge of a dime as a guide.
Hold the blades in place and tighten the screws completely.
