What animals are dry land animals?

It's tricky to say exactly which animals are "dry land" animals because many animals might spend some time in water, but generally these are considered dry land animals:

Mammals:

* Primates: Monkeys, apes, humans, etc.

* Carnivores: Lions, tigers, wolves, bears, etc.

* Herbivores: Cows, horses, elephants, giraffes, etc.

* Rodents: Mice, rats, squirrels, etc.

* Insectivores: Shrews, moles, hedgehogs, etc.

* Bats: (Though they fly, they spend most of their time on land)

Reptiles:

* Lizards: Iguanas, geckos, chameleons, etc.

* Snakes: Cobras, pythons, vipers, etc.

* Turtles: Land turtles, tortoises

Amphibians: (Though they need water for reproduction and to keep their skin moist)

* Frogs: Tree frogs, bullfrogs, etc.

* Salamanders: Newts, axolotls, etc.

Birds:

* All birds are technically land animals, even those that live in water.

Insects:

* Many insects live on land, such as ants, beetles, grasshoppers, etc.

Other:

* Arachnids: Spiders, scorpions, ticks, etc.

* Worms: Earthworms, etc.

Important Note: This list is not exhaustive, and there are many other animals that could be considered dry land animals. It's also important to remember that many animals have adapted to live in both land and water environments, making it difficult to categorize them as strictly one or the other.
