* Complete all of the Junior Vet exams
* Diagnose and treat a certain number of animals
2. Complete the Canine and Feline Internships. These internships are available to Junior Vets who have completed all of the Junior Vet exams. The Canine Internship is a 6-week program that covers the diagnosis and treatment of common canine diseases. The Feline Internship is a 6-week program that covers the diagnosis and treatment of common feline diseases.
3. Complete the Senior Vet Exam. The Senior Vet Exam is a comprehensive exam that covers all of the material covered in the Junior Vet and Canine and Feline Internships. To pass the Senior Vet Exam, you must score at least 70%.
Once you have completed all of the requirements for the Senior Vet Certificate, you will receive a certificate in the mail. This certificate will allow you to use the title "Senior Vet" and to practice veterinary medicine in most states in the United States.
