How many camel are in a herd?

A group of camels is called a "herd", "caravan", or "flock". The number of camels in a herd can vary depending on the region, the purpose of the herd, and the cultural practices of the people who own or manage the camels. In general, a typical herd of camels can range in size from a few individuals to several hundred. For example, in some nomadic communities in the Middle East or North Africa, a herd may consist of dozens or even hundreds of camels that are used for transportation, milk production, and meat. In contrast, in certain conservation or research settings, a herd may consist of a smaller number of camels that are managed for breeding or research purposes.
