Where do the bison and cowbirds live?

Bison, also known as buffalo, are native to North America. They once roamed the Great Plains in large herds, but their numbers were drastically reduced due to hunting and habitat loss. Today, bison populations are primarily found in national parks and wildlife preserves in the United States and Canada.

Cowbirds, on the other hand, are found in the Americas. There are several species of cowbirds, some of which live in North America, Central America, and South America. They mainly inhabit open areas such as grasslands, pastures, and agricultural fields. Cowbirds are known for their parasitic behavior, where they lay their eggs in the nests of other bird species, leaving the host birds to raise their young.
